Workshop on ‘Evaluating local residential and business energy consumption’ – 20th of September

ESPRU is announcing a workshop under the auspices of the InTreAct project (InvesTigating Residential and business energy consumption via student-led Action research). It aims to introduce the capabilities developed by ESPRU to the local business community and charitable sector.

The project team have been undertaking a range of activities aimed at engaging the University of Birmingham’s staff and student body, and ESPRU’s Energy Measurement Lab, in helping local businesses, charities, community groups and housing associations monitor and reduce their energy consumption. The workshop will offer a space for interaction between University of Birmingham students and staff that will be involved in such activities. We will provide lunch, followed by plenty of opportunities for informal networking and information exchange.

The event  will take place at the School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences, University of Birmingham (directions) from 1pm to 5pm on the 20th of September 2012.

The programme for the workshop is available here.
