ESPRU members speak at energy teaching event

Stefan Bouzarovski and Saska Petrova gave a talk titled ‘Energising geography teaching: experiences from a student-led action research project’ at Teaching Energy Issues in GEES Disciplines, a one-day workshop at the University of Manchester, funded by The Higher Education Academy. The event, otherwise an initiative of the Royal Geographical Society-Institute of British Geographers Energy Geographies Working Group, allowed a wide range of higher education teachers to exchange knowledge and experiences regarding the main themes, methods and approaches present in this field.  Stefan and Saska’s presentation, inter alia, introduced the main aims of, and forthcoming activities within, the INTREACT project.

One of the outcomes of the workshop was the establishment of an energy teaching wiki that is administered by ESPRU.
